The strategy is set, plans are made, and we need you to help deliver that.

For the first time ever, we'll be integrating our ESG reporting into our company's annual report, and you'll hold a pivotal role in the success of this.

From aligning the variousEnvironmental strategies across the business into one, to implementing a more robust risk register within Governance, the work you do will have a large impact on how we operate.

On the Social side, you'll have a coordinator in place to monitor activities suchas volunteering and charitable giving, as well as fielding social impact queries, with your support.

The success of all of this will be down to how you build relationships across the various business areas to bring these all together.

The strategy implementation will keep you busy, of that there's no doubt. However, you will have time to work on new initiatives within the role.

There will be ample opportunity to highlight areas for improvement, what can we be doing better or different?You'll be given a platform to help our business find its feet within ESG.

Your knowledge and experiences within ESG are central to the successes you'll have.

Getting people bought into the area and working across multiple projects are just some of the activities you would have done previously.

Whilst you might not have experienceof the energy industry specifically, showing some understanding would be desirable.

Given the reporting aspect of the position, you'll be a strong ESG communicator with the ability to tell the tale in multiple ways depending on your audience.
