About the Role


We have an opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our growing marketing team to deliver a transformative CRM strategy for Bark.

Reporting directly into the CRM Manager, the CRM Exec will have experience in owning campaigns, lifecycle automation, segmentation & content personalisation to improve customer and professional retention as we continue to test, learn and scale our CRM programmes.


You will be a passionate, proactive and highly organised marketer, helping to deliver a best in class CRM experience for our customers in turn helping to retain them.


This role will suit someone who wants to be part of a close knit, sociable team, enjoys collaborating with other departments and making data led decisions all whilst creating a best in class CRM experience for both customers and professionals alike.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute crosschannel communications, campaigns and programs
  • Manage setup and configuration of datadriven campaigns to deliver engagement, retention & conversion
  • Own, plan and implement testing strategies, including A/B/MVT
  • Optimise performance of existing campaigns/automations
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to execution, including analysis and reporting
  • Be comfortable with audience selection, segmentation & analysis
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently
  • Own post campaign reporting & highlighting key findings

Required skills and experience

  • Good experience with an ESP platform (Iterable very advantageous)
  • Hands on experience in delivering CRM campaigns and/or automation including dynamic content and personalisation
  • Data visualisation tools (Tableau Advantageous)
  • Demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive, strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Proactive and 'gogetting' attitude
