Onboarding Executive Officer (Initial Advice and Guidance)
Wales England Care are a private training provider, delivering apprenticeships in various regions across England.
We are looking for people who are motivational, engaging, inspiring, and able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst incorporating the effective use of digital technology.

- All whilst working only four days a week. every weekwith an OFSTED rated 'Good' provider
Your role will be to provide initial advice and guidance for Apprenticeships and Standards to learners and employers across regions in England.
These induction sessions will be required to be completed both digitally and in person, so you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have a car.
Duties and responsibilities of the role
- Identify realistic and ambitious career and learning options that suit the learner.
- Have a wellinformed plan about the learner's future career, job, education and/or training options.
- Build the confidence and motivation about the learner's future.
- Building and developing relationships with Employers
- Arrange the support and development of English and Maths through BKSB Initial Assessment activities.
- Learn to solve problems with learners and employers by identifying and discussing barriers to learn, examining a range of options, and agreeing a plan of action.

- Driven with a will to succeed.
- Team players with a positive approach
- Strong in their administration and organisation skills
- Digitally literate and confident in using IT including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence holder.
