About The Team:
As an Operations warehouse supervisor you will be taking the Ownership of Supermarket, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the different tiers of our operations team while enjoying the advantages of working with one of the UK's fastestgrowing food companies. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the efficient management of daytoday operations and tasks. In this capacity, you will take charge of the accuracy and effectiveness of shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), working collaboratively with the team to minimize errors in supermarket stock levels. Your role will be vital in ensuring tasks and processes are executed promptly within a dynamic environment, all while upholding stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety Standards, and Quality protocols. We anticipate your proactive decisionmaking abilities will be instrumental in upholding our customer experience, solidifying your role as an ambassador of our core DNA values.

What you will doing:

Serve as the point person responsible for all supermarket operations, meticulously managing processes to prevent any disruption to production.
Maintaining the highest standards for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations and floor conduct.
Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks during the shift, including supermarket location replenishment, and prioritization of stock for supermarkets, thereby preventing production interruptions due to stockrelated issues.
Keep a close eye on labor allocation and utilization, fostering an understanding of optimal resource deployment among the team.
Play a role in training and coaching new team members, offering clear directives and guidance to ensure their effective job performance.
Regularly conduct visual checks to confirm team member presence and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in strict accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
Take the initiative to elevate operational standards on the floor, specifically focusing on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations and overall workflow efficiency.
Hold ownership and control over the quarterly T3 meetings, leveraging these sessions to enhance team collaboration, process refinement, and performance optimization.
Play a pivotal role in audit readiness by ensuring that GMP and compliance standards are consistently met and Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to GMP compliance, working alongside crossfunctional teams to implement best practices.

Who is the person:

Assertive, keen eye for detail, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment
Ability to identify bottlenecks and challenges through the processes
FMCG and grocery retail knowledge preferable
Previous experience managing and leading a team
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Work Schedule:
Wednesday to Saturday rotating 3 months of days and 3 months of nights
