Salary:
£23,000 - £27,000 per annum

Location:
Stevenage


Contract:
Permanent, full time

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are looking for an Client Service Advisor to work within a busy Insurance Company in Stevenage

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous customer service / administration experience.
  • Proactive, motivated, and great willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages.
  • Team player and highly motivated.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check, issue and process new policies.
  • Underwrite scheme policies.
  • Ensure all policy administration is managed efficiently.
  • Send out renewals and process them.
  • Provide a proactive responsive renewal service.
  • Maximise all business opportunities making clients aware of alternative products.
