Customer Service (Insurance) - Manchester City Centre - £24,000 to £25,000 - Monday to Friday - Hybrid available

Duties of the Customer Service role:

  • Providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Ensuring positive outcomes for Customers
  • Working efficiently and effectively alongside brokers and service providers
  • Ensure you know the brokers and customers needs
  • Learning new processes and procedures
  • Keeping up to date with the latest legislation
