Our daughter Gemma needs a fun loving, positive carer to help her live as normal life from home as possible.

She has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, but that doesn't mean she leads a boring, mundane life She is full of energy and loves living life to the full.

Communication is not a problem; she can talk for England Gemma runs her own Avon business and loves to take her dog (a Yorkie called Heidi) with her to meet customers and to parks for long walks, so you will need to be active and like dogs.

She lives life to the full so one day you may be going with her to the cinema, having a meal out, or visiting many other places of interest.

You can easily develop a friendship with Gemma and do all kinds of things together. She would love to hear what kinds of things you like to do. As this is working in the family home there is no need for PPE.

No experience is necessary, as we can train you, as long as you have a kind and understanding personality and a happy outlook on life.

We require a permanent carer to work 3 days a week.

The Hours:

Week 1

Monday 9.15 am pm

Wednesday 9.15 am pm

Friday 9.15 am pm

Week 2

Monday 9.15 am pm

Wednesday 9.15 am pm

Saturdays 9.30 am pm

You will be required to work 8 nights per year to cover parent's holiday. Also be willing to cover for other carer's holidays.

A driver's licence is essential.
