A plumber who is Gas Registered is required for a well respected property services client from the Bristol area.

The position is split in two parts, 90% of the role will be working at a Western-Super-Mare based college and the other 10% would consist of conducting boiler servicing for the company's other high value clients.


Main Duty's and Responsibility's:


  • Carrying out PPM, reactive call outs or work on projects as required across all sites.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times, attending toolbox talks/ training as required, following RAMs issued and completing dynamic risk assessments.
  • Completing weekly time sheets and job reports/paperwork to clients? standard, liaising with help desk or project manager over completion of jobs and providing realtime updates.
  • Ordering materials and planning workload
  • Coordinating subcontractors or other engineers to ensure tasks are completed to schedule.
  • Assessing jobs and providing reports for further works or quotes.
  • Any other reasonable tasks deemed necessary by Managers.

Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:

  • Plumbing certificate and relevant experience in a similar role
  • Domestic and Commercial gas certificates/experience


  • Trade qualifications

  • PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos, Manual Handling etc. (desired)
  • Basic IT knowledge ? able to use smart phones to update jobs and liaise with helpdesk
  • Confident interpersonal / communication skills and able to adapt to clients? requirements
  • Competent using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Flexible approach to work and able to be placed on an ?oncall? rota
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills, able to manage workload and complete tasks to schedule
  • Consistent and thorough in completion of paperwork
