We are recruiting for a Workforce Planning & Information Lead to create and lead a coordinated workforce planning programme along with people information systems across YAS.
The post holder will be expected to use their existing analysis and business intelligence expertise to understand current and future workforce needs.
The post holder will lead the development of the Trust-wide workforce plan (WFP) which underpins the Trust's Business plan.
