The school improvement team is looking for a person to join them who has the knowledge and understanding to provide high quality support and advice to governors and governing bodies.

In addition, you will support the team in matters surrounding wider school leadership and school improvement.


You will have good knowledge and understanding of schools, and the role of a governor and governing bodies within school leadership.


We are committed to working in partnership with schools and governing bodies to make a difference for children and young people across Southampton City.

We work with governors and school leaders to seek to ensure the best outcomes for all children.

This post may require travelling to schools / venues and some evening work.
