The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Programme Management Office (NHFT PMO) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team for a 12 month fixed term post to cover maternity leave.
Although the base is St Mary's Hospital, NHFT offers flexible working opportunities and the team operate a hybrid/blended working model which includes a mixture of working from home and from Trust site/s.
Working in a project environment, the post holder will be responsible for elements of the day-to-day running of the PMO function, ensuring the delivery of a high quality and professional service.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for developing and delivering a range of identified projects as allocated from within the PMO.
As well as the main duties of the job listed above, the post holder will lead on supporting the work of project boards/committees, as required, ensuring that meetings are planned and papers are collated in a timely manner to enable their presentation.
The post holder will have line management responsibility for administrative roles within the NHFT PMO function, from recruitment to delivery of, and development within, their roles.
The post holder will ensure that agreed operational and governance process within the PMO are implemented and adhered to with a focus on seeking opportunities for continual improvement.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.
