  • Based in Runcorn

About Our Client:


  • Be the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Processing orders using in house CRM system
  • Follow up on queries and ensure all information on the system is accurate and up to date
  • Log and record CS KPI target
  • Contact account managers with any account related issues
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues

The Successful Applicant:


  • 12 years experience in a customer phone based role. Would be adventurous if this was in a manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent solutions
  • An additional language would be ideal either French, German or Italian
  • Excellent PC and administration skills
  • Attention to detail
