Immediate start- Based in Runcorn
About Our Client:
- Be the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and queries
- Processing orders using in house CRM system
- Follow up on queries and ensure all information on the system is accurate and up to date
- Log and record CS KPI target
- Contact account managers with any account related issues
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
The Successful Applicant:
- 12 years experience in a customer phone based role. Would be adventurous if this was in a manufacturing industry.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent solutions
- An additional language would be ideal either French, German or Italian
- Excellent PC and administration skills
- Attention to detail
