Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Accountant to join an exciting business as a Finance Business Partner.

This newly created role will report directly to an engaging MD and will join the Senior Management team in their quest to grow the businessto the next level.

As the Finance Business Partner you will take responsibility for:

Preparation of management accounts and monthly board pack
Providing timely and accurate information including management reports, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and balance sheet reconciliation.
Track margin variations and trends, analyse assess and make proposals to improve business performance.
Develop a detailed analysis of KPIs that will help business leaders to monitor and control performance in their area.
Improve efficiencies and productivity by focusing on the utilisation of resources across the business.
Data analysis, benchmarking, costbenefit analysis, modeling.
Look for new insights, opportunities and risks surrounding commercial models and proactively support business leaders.
Mentoring junior members of the team
Lead commercial reviews with Sales and Operations teams
