Purple childcare is a small business that values staff members as individual and looks to accommodate them in the work place.

Purple Childcare is a small nursery (max 50 places) based in North Bristol.

Our staff are well qualified and highly experienced (we have three QTS teachers along with EYPs) and are well placed to offer support and guidance to those developing their practice.

Our ethos is based around encouraging independence and developing communication skills and we value high quality staff interactions with children above all else.

We believe that staff work well when they are well looked after; with this in mind we pay for staff breaks and meeting attendance.

This includes attendance at Christmas and summer fayres.

We also offer a mentor system whereby each staff member is assigned a mentor who will help to support their progress and will be a go-to person for any queries and concerns.
