The Company
MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operators for a prestigious company in the Washington area on a full-time basis.

The Role

Working on the production line, assembling products
Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
Assembling products by hand with use of hand tools
Working in a fastpaced automotive environment
Quality inspection of a range of components
Maintain the company's health & safety standards at all times
Overseeing the production process
Previous experience in a fastpaced production environment would be advantageous.
A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
Ability to work unsupervised
Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
