Senior Property Sales Consultant, Portishead
Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with a highly reputable and established estate agency in the Bristol region. Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Senior Property Sales Consultant to work from their Portishead office.


The basics:


  • Prepare for, attend valuations, and generate new business opportunities
  • Carry out viewings and negotiate offers through to agreed sales
  • Create informative and engaging property details for properties
  • Provide comprehensive feedback from viewings and manage clients' expectations
  • Maintain accurate notes on internal CRM
  • Qualify and register applicants onto the database and extract business opportunities
  • Assist with day to day running of the office and estate agent duties
  • To work individually and as part of a team

The person:

-
A minimum of 2 years recent/current experience in Property Sales Negotiation:

  • Valuation level experience advantageous
  • Proven track record at being able to generate business in a competitive market
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Target driven
  • Ambitious, with a cando attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Wellpresented and articulate
  • Confident IT skills and experience of using CRM systems
  • Able to work independently whilst being part of a small team
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
  • Full clean driving license and own vehicle

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £23,000 dependent on experience
