Roland White has been exclusively engaged by a leading UK based professional services firm to undertake a search for a new Commercial Finance Analyst / Accountant.

The firm are one of the leading private client specialists in the UK and provide a range of finance, wealth and advisory services to some of the most exclusive and affluent individuals, families and corporate companies from around the world.

Working directly with the firms senior leadership, the successful individual will be tasked with providing financial analysis support to assist with key business decision making as part of a highly varied role.

You will also have access to and active participationin board level meetings whilst acting as a sounding board for a highly experienced and well regarded industry professional.

This is one of the most unique roles we've seen and is an extremely attractive opportunity for a finance professional to gain first hand board level exposure in support of a highly respected private client professional.

Key Responsibilities of this Commercial Finance Analyst / Accountant role include but are not limited to;

Financial analysis to assist in business decision making
Reviewing investment memorandums
Preparation of board meeting packs, minutes and other supplementary documents
Liaising with clients as well as business service providers such as lawyers and intermediaries
Handling queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders

You

ACA / ACCA Qualified
Prior experience of financial / commercial analysis
Able to think commercially to assist in day to day business activities
Strong general accountancy knowledge, preferably with an understanding of trusts and landed estates, capital taxes, incentive schemes and M&A
Ability to simultaneously support multiple projects
