The Role - Catering Operations Assistant
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Onsite attendance at The Open and AIG Women's Open is necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Practical experience of working within the catering industry.
Experience in working at major events.
Proven track record of tracking budgets.
Experience in designing floorplans for Kitchens and front of house areas.
Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
