The Role - Catering Operations Assistant
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Onsite attendance at The Open and AIG Women's Open is necessary.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience of working within the catering industry.
  • Experience in working at major events.
  • Proven track record of tracking budgets.
  • Experience in designing floorplans for Kitchens and front of house areas.
  • Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
