Senior Business Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading retail company. You will be responsible for supporting IT projects across Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing and other head office functions.

Travel to London will be needed 1 day a week.


What you will be doing:


  • Responsible for the capture and management of business requirements
  • Map out & analyse the customer journey for new solutions/projects
  • Document As Is/To Be business processes, user stories and explore ways of improving a process
  • Ensure the scoping of projects remain ontime and to budget
  • Liaise with users to ensure operational issues and are driven through to completion
  • Assist senior stakeholder in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies within your domain
