Furniture Sales Consultant, Chester, high uncapped commission potential
Full-Time, Permanent with Immediate Start
£20,000 Basic + industry leading commission scheme. £35,000 + already achieved in the store
High end, national furniture brand, full training given
Rota'd weekends off

Responsibilities of our client's Retail Sales Executive include:
- Championing and building key relationships with our customers
- Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard
- Confidently presenting design and aspirational living ideas
- Establishing an accurate, reliable, and realistic sales pipeline.
- Maintain a core understanding of all products in order to advise & consult customers effectively
Skills and experience required by our client's Retail Sales Executive:
- Experience in Furnishings, high-end retail, or fashion
- Ability to maintain strong familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing furnishing ranges and designs
- Strong interpersonal skills, lead management, and customer service
- A driven and highly motivated sales professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative. The ability to self manage, schedule effectively and deliver results is essential
- CRM experience is an advantage
