Purchasing and Production Controller - Warrington, United Kingdom - Aesthetic Technology Limited

Description

• Running the MRP to view all works and purchase requirements and processing as necessary
• Managing Supplier Accounts
• Generating and issuing of works orders and production plans
• Stock control (stock take, adjustments, queries, control of free issue materials)
• Generating Purchase orders
• Controlling supplier price increases
• Liaising with production on any aspects of the works orders/stocks/lead times in order achieve production deadlines
• Assist in the management of nonconforming components
• Managing bill of materials (inc requesting drawings, operation information, product information, updating BOMs)
• Producing Reports on production, deliveries and nonconformities
• Processing goods in and entering onto MRP (GRN creation)
• Goods in and Out Inspections / QC
• Assist with the Supplier Audit Programme

• Stay up to date with new products and features
• To follow company policies and procedures to ensure safe working at all times.
• To follow set instructions and complete tasks promptly and efficiently.

• Manufacturing and Office Environments.
• ATL operate a manufacturing facility including warehouse.
• A Fork Lift Truck is in operation within the warehouse area (only to be used by trained employees).
• PPE is provided (protective footwear is to be worn when working in manufacturing).
