Fire Surveyor Inspector

Islington Council

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Fire Surveyor Inspector

Experience of working with visiting inspectors (eg. Building Control Officer, External, Agencies, etc) and ability to maintain constructive relationship with the contractor's supervisory staff, providing challenge where necessary.

Experience of working with tenants and leaseholders and representative groups, attendinq meetinqs both in and out of hours.

Experience of inspecting and providing guidance to Service Provider allocated to assist with projects and escalating issues to managers where necessary.

Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and regulations (including CDM regulations) and employment practices in relation to Council premises as well as in relation to contractors in relation to the Councils special contract compliance clauses.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Fire Safety Management certificate or equivalent fire safety manaqement or enqineerinq qualification

Fire door inspection certification, inspector or a minimum diploma.
