Our client is a successful Top-30 accountancy practice, specialising in supporting owner-managed businesses. They now have an opportunity for a full-time Audit Senior to undertake a range of key audit assignments, producing high-quality and compliantwork for clients.

About the role
This role would suit a confident and ambitious professional, looking to expand their experience with on-site client work.

Reporting to the Audit Manager, the Audit Senior will support the audit team with a number of client-focused tasks, disclosures, projectsand enquiries.

Key aspects of the role include:

Undertaking on-site audit assignments for clients;
Conducting audit work in accordance with IAS and agreed procedures;
Producing an audit summary and a list of discussion points for the manager or partner;
Working within a budget and deadline agreed at the planning stage;
Completing statutory disclosures in line with the Companies House and FRS102;
Dealing with client queries as required;
Undertaking adhoc tasks and assignments.

The ideal person
The person will have strong communication skills and be enthusiastic about working with clients and colleagues.

They will also be happy to travel when required, have a willingness to learn and show a strong attention to detail.
