An opportunity within Interr, a leading UK Security Company has arisen for a professional
Security Operations Control Centre Controller at our head office in Aldgate East.

The shift pattern will be mainly to work 4 on 4 off; 07.00am pm (overtime available).

This will
predominately be a day time role but there is a requirement to be able
to nights if/when required.

Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to):

Schedule, plot and deploy security personnel to our clients as they come in real time
Deal with client requests and changes at short notice and last minute requests
Assist our employees with any queries
Inspect and monitor all administrative procedures
Ensure that performance levels are monitored and managed
Process information for our Finance and HR teams
Managing sickness, absence and blowouts
Completion of welfare check calls and book ons and offs for our security officers' duties

Required:

Be able to work nights at our HO based at Aldgate East between 19.00 pm am at any day of the week or at any other location as deemed necessary by the Company
Previous experience in planning and scheduling in the Security (Manned Guarding) Control Room is preferred
An active SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security)
Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and spoken)
An ability to work to tight deadlines and to work well under pressure
Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office)
TimeGate knowledge/experience is preferred
Exceptional attendance
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisation skills

Benefits:

Annual Salary £27,000 £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
