City Elite Recruitment are delighted to be working with a globally recognised broker firm who are seeking a Compliance Officer.


Experience:


  • Energy & Commodity markets compliance essential.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to energy and commodities.

Duties:


  • Daily regulatory advice and guidance to the Energy and Commodities business, including support with new products and services.
  • Conducting desk reviews, as well as key compliance risks.
  • Managing queries, requests and relevant relationships.
  • Provide training to the business on relevant regulatory rules and requirements.

Responsibilities:


  • Fully aware of and adhere to internal politics that relate to the role.
  • Report breaches of policy to Compliance or supervisor.
  • Escalate and log risk events within 24 hours using the risk event capture from the Intranet.
