'''Duties'''- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Complete care records
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping and kitchen tasks
- Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor and ability to support residents with dementia and challenging behaviour.
You should be able to work a flexible rota that includes bank holidays and weekend work and ensure that transport is not an issue.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
