Programme Administrator - Didcot, United Kingdom - Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership

£26, FTE
Provide efficient administrative support and coordination for the Social Contract team, to ensure the effective delivery and monitoring of the outcomes of the programme, and work across the wider OxLEP skills team.
Assist with implementation of systems and processes for the project, including engagement with stakeholders and clients, for analysis and monitoring purposes, and supporting the reporting of the programme outputs.
Weekly reporting of programme KPI achievements through the CRM system and regular running of reports to check accuracy of CRM reporting.
Schedule and coordinate secretariat duties for the social contract programme to support the social contract team to meet their objectives including diary management, meeting notes and minutes, weekly team meeting agendas and minutes.
Assist with the organisation of workshops and business events to ensure successful delivery and team presence at external business events where required.
Support and facilitate the Apprentice Advisors in developing follow-up to employer/client meetings, and providing supporting information and guidance.
Assist the Skills Hub Deputy Manager in coordinating the recruitment process.
FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
30 hours per week, preferably 6 hours a day (consideration will be given to requests for other flexible working patterns) - £26, FTE.
Remote working opportunity but must be able to occasionally commute to hub office at Harwell Campus, Harwell OX11 0GD and other events across Oxfordshire.
