An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our award winning team. We are a busy independent Estate agency based in Eastwood, covering the Midlands.

We are looking for an experienced full time team memberto help build on the already busy lettings side of the business.

You will need to be passionate about the role and have a can do attitude and be able to work on own initiative.


Roles & Responsibilities
Book viewings and valuations

Routine Visits/ Inspections

Check INS' Check out's

Generate new business with landlords

Negotiate lets with prospective tenants

Referencing and tenant checks

Can work well under pressure

Accompany Viewings

Data Entry


Skills & Experience
At least 2 years experience in a busy Lettings Environment

Professional telephone manner

Excellent communication skills

Excellent Administration skills

Motivated and Driven

Driving Licence
