Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum (with optional carer overtime at carer rates of pay)

Role Overview:


As a Care Coordinator at Brighter Days Care at Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care schedules.

You will work closely with clients, carers, and other team members to create optimised and flexible schedules that meet the growing needs of both clients and carers.

Your excellent organisational and communication skills will be essential in maintaining continuity of care and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the registered manager and recruitment manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Handle client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff to enhance overall experiences.
  • Generate and distribute weekly client schedules planning circa. 1000 hours of support per week for 100 clients including Live
- in Care Clients.

  • Manage staff annual leave allocation following company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Caring, positive, professional, and resilient with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care, with the ability to create suitable matches for clients and care staff in weekly and monthly schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Flexibility to participate in the senior on call rota working 1 in 6 weeks.
  • Willingness to participate in emergency response client care.
