From Strategy & insight, UX & Design, Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing you'd have a hand in managing the entire process of a brands digital asset creation from inception to completion.


The Role;


As the Paid Social Executive, you will use data-driven commercial strategies to reach the right audiences, at the right time on the right channel.

You will work with the Head of Marketing Services to ensure our clients find their new customers in the most effective way and meet their business KPIs and respond to marketing insights.

You will work seamlessly with our agency partners, making sure that we reach the best outcomes possible, together.

Reporting and insight are essential to this role therefore you must be confident presenting your data-led channel plans and then reporting the success plus the insights obtained from your campaigns, testing and optimisation.


Responsibilities;

  • Support with the planning and implementation of paid campaigns to achieve our clients' goals.
  • Identify and build audiences based on the insight gathered through discovery or briefing sessions
  • To lead on all paid social advertising, such as activation, influencer acceleration, remarketing, and brand advertising. Executing activity, yourself and working with our agency partners, where relevant to brief, refine and improve activity
  • Designing campaign tests to identify the optimal mix to achieve our clients KPIs
  • Influence the creation of creative assets, landing pages and customer conversion journey
  • Report on campaign performance to our clients regularly, using native platforms, GA4 and Looker Studio to provide insights and learnings.
  • Interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of performance, and develop action plans to help drive performance
  • Address and escalate campaign performance issues where necessary
  • Monitor budget allocations, ensuring we stay within budget
  • Stay up to date with changes and opportunities across key social platforms

Skills required;

  • Handson experience
  • Budget management
  • Openminded to new developments and platforms
  • Experience of analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Proven experience in working with KPIs, such as traffic, Engagement, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics and present results, liaising with other leads to consider solutions
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple projects
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, coordinate workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbal. You should have the ability to take the complex and distil it to our clients in layman's terms

Beneficial skills and experience;

  • The ability to audit existing tracking setups and configure GTM
  • Setup Looker studio reports to report on specific campaigns and client's overall marketing performance
  • Experience of advertising on Reddit and Linkedin
  • Experienced in optimising business panels
  • Experience in the property industry
  • Experience of working with Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Experience in using generative AI

Up to £30,000.00 per year
