    JLA is driven by a world-class Sales & Marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets, and has an efficient on-site operations team working daily with customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse complex data sets and develop machine learning models.
    • Work closely with functional teams across the business to uncover insights and deliver data-driven solutions to maximise the value generated from data.
    • Manage and lead key strategic data projects and initiatives across the business, including communicating findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of predictive models across different business areas to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Analyse complex datasets, including IoT telemetry, sales, and customer service data, to develop new insights and understanding from digital platforms and connected assets.

    Requirements

    • BSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Analyst.
    • Proven experience in the design, coding, and deployment of machine learning project pipelines from start to finish.
    • Advanced level of experience with Python and SQL.
    • Experience with data and machine learning-related Python libraries, e.g., Familiarity with data visualisation toolsets, e.g., Experience with data engineering processes and tools, e.g., ETL processes, data warehousing.
