Position Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy to meet the company's objectives.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the financial performance of commercial activities.
  • Lead and manage the business, including setting goals and objectives and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Develop and manage budgets and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experienced as a Commercial Director managing staff and winning business.
  • Experience within an interior fit business would be ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not necessary
