**Duties for the Credit Control & Accounts Assistant role: - **- Daily invoicing

  • Inputting of expenses on to inhouse system
  • Processing weekly payments
  • Petty cash
  • Debit card expenses
  • Bank reconciliations & allocating funds
  • Running a monthly sage 50 payroll and processing pension payments
  • Other adhoc accounts duties
**Essential requirements for the Credit Control & Accounts Assistant role: - **- Previous Credit Control experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Basic experience of Excel Spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be a distinct advantage
Our client is offering a competitive salary and 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm if you wish.
