Description
**Duties for the Credit Control & Accounts Assistant role: - **- Daily invoicing- Inputting of expenses on to inhouse system
- Processing weekly payments
- Petty cash
- Debit card expenses
- Bank reconciliations & allocating funds
- Running a monthly sage 50 payroll and processing pension payments
- Other adhoc accounts duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
- Basic experience of Excel Spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be a distinct advantage
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm if you wish.
