Description
Previous CNC experience is essential to fulfil the position of
CNC Lathe Operator. Within this role you will be offered overtime, free car parking and company pension.

Duties and responsibilities of
CNC Lathe Operator

  • Operate Miyano BNJ Fanuc control, Miyano BNE Mitsubishi control and Miyano BNE with Mitsibishi controls
  • Maintain set change offsets and inserts
  • Ability to do simple change overs would be advantageous
  • Using measuring gauges
  • To produce components within the agreed standard time
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Working to tight tolerances and in process measurements
  • High precision tolerance works as well as volume
  • Quality control, working to customer specification
  • Previous experience of CNC Lathe Operating
  • Attention to detail
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Team player, with pride in one's work and a desire for success
  • Be adaptable and willing to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines

Location:
Redditch

Hours of Work:
Backshift - 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Thursday / 12:00 - 20:00 Friday


Salary:
£13 - £14.50 per hour, dependent upon experience
