As Receptionist, you are the face of the business and you will help us with the following:

  • Build strong relationships with our regular and new guests
  • Receiving guests and directing them to their destinations
  • Liaise with all departments in regards to bookings
  • Able to redirect calls to various departments and locations
  • Receive and organise posts
  • Good knowledge of our menus
  • Generate reports

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester M3 3BT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
