£60,000 basic OTE £85,000+ Uncapped

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new position for a Sales Business Development Manager for our client's main dealer group in Hampshire & West Sussex.

Reporting directly to the F&I Director, this Sales Business Development Manager role is a key function the group, where you will be leading the development of F&I culture across the group.

Role

As the Sales Business Development Manager for the group, you will be tasked with really driving home the importance of F&I and ensuring that members of staff embrace the culture and remain compliant.

You will be coaching and developing the teams of Transaction Managers and Sales Executives across the group, across all brands.


You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, we are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the process and culture around it.


You will be an individual who prides themselves on deliving great service, can lead and coach the staff to get the best out of the team and you must be someone with a clear and defined understanding of F&I process.

This is a mobile role so will require travel between sites, with the ability to work from home when needed.

Key Requirements
A proven and solid F&I background is essential as we need the individual to be of the highest calibre

Main Dealership, F&I experience is essential. At least 3 years

Training experience or the confidence to deliver coaching both to a grouop and on an individual basis.
