Description

Nursing Associate Band 4 Nottingham City within our Community Nursing Teams.

Part Time and Full Time hrs available.

An opportunity has arisen within our teams across the city for Nursing Associates.

The post-holder will primarily support the community nurse team in delivering care to clients with a range of nursing requirements supporting long-term conditions and complex health and social care needs across the city.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a range of clinical skills and competencies along with excellent communication skills providing advice and information to clients and carers with the aim of maintaining them in their own homes enabling maximum independence and optimum quality of life.

We are a large and friendly team where you will have the opportunity to build upon and develop your existing clinical skills.

The service runs from 8am-6pm Monday to Sunday.

We have vacancies across our community nursing teams in the city.
