We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to our customers, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory-Based uPVC Window Glazier to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview:

As a Factory-Based uPVC Window Glazier, you will be responsible for measuring beads and glazing uPVC windows using a Digi X bead saw and measuring wand.

Your role will involve precise cutting, glazing, and fitting of double glazed and triple glazed units to meet the required specifications and quality standards.

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Digi X bead saw measuring wand to accurately measure and cut uPVC window beads.
Perform glazing and fitting tasks to ensure precise and highquality assembly of uPVC window units.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a uPVC Window Glazier, preferably in a factorybased setting.
Proficiency in operating a Digi X bead saw and measuring wand is essential.
Strong knowledge of uPVC window fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
