JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing facility based in Littleport. This is a permanent opportunity, where you will be required to work a night shift between Monday to Thursday.


The Production Department deals with extrusion, laying-up, braiding and any other processes that are required for the manufacture of sub-sea cables globally.

With experience of a production environment ideally with experience of operating machinery your main duties will consist of:

  • Operating various machines in a safe and productive manner ensuring Think Safety is maintained at all times. Ensuring that work is manufactured to the correct quality as per the manufacturing specification and delivered on time as per production schedule.
  • Maintaining machine and working environment cleanliness and tidiness in accordance to Health and Safety requirements and/or policies.
  • Completing all paperwork regarding each job ensuring accuracy against client and manufacturing requirements.
