About the Position

Contract Type:
Full Time, Term Time

Working Pattern: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:
Dependent on experience

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervising and providing learning support for pupils with or without special needs.
Establishing trusting relationships with pupils and interacting with them according to individual needs and personalities.
Encouraging pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities.
Provide feedback to pupils and teacher on pupil's achievement, progress, and any problems that arise.
Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive environment, undertaking administrative tasks as needed.
Preparing resources required for learning activities and assisting pupils in their use.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum of relevant and recognised Level 2 Qualification.
Experience in working with Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage
The ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form to a range of audiences.
The ability to use tracking systems to communicate development with key individuals.
