Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal communications to drive engagement around priority campaigns, building understanding our strategy and plans through targeted colleague engagement
- Create campaigns that are designed to inspire, change behaviour and build business outcomes by fostering a stronger connection to the part colleagues play in delivering our strategy
- Work in partnership with the wider Communications & Engagement leadership team to undertake analysis and identify priority areas.
- Ensure colleague voice is part of our campaigns, supporting improved engagement Work closely with the Channels and Content lead to ensure we deliver one joined up internal communications strategy and plan for Kingfisher Group Functions
- Regularly measure and evaluate our internal comms campaigns so that we continually improve the effectiveness of our campaigns and channels in reaching and engaging colleagues
- Provide honest advice and coaching to stakeholders advising them on visibility, messaging, tone of voice, etc through change and campaigns. Provide feedback on how communications are landing and play a key role in shaping a culture of trust, through languageand tone of voice.
Requirements:
- Outstanding ability to create relationships and influence at the highest level across the business, face into difficult conversations and give others licence to challenge your perspective
- Ability to deliver large scale ambitious creative campaigns, write clear briefs and drive large scale projects at high quality on time and budget
- Ability to lead, enthuse and motivate a team, setting clear objectives and a framework for where the team will and won't support projects, and holding them accountable for delivering key projects to a high standard
- Regularly demonstrate excellent judgement, as well as being a creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to get close to customer and colleague behaviour and use this to influence business outcomes and communications
- Commercial and financial acumen, with specific experience managing large budgets
- Highly organised able to juggle and prioritise a busy agenda, with the ability to embrace change and be actionorientated with high energy, pace, agility and pragmatism
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
