Knowledge of the construction/plant hire industry or similar role is advantageous however self-motivation, organisation, and the desire to exceed customer's expectations would be the minimum requirement.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Organising work schedules for engineers
  • Organising and booking in routine services
  • Ordering parts as required for breakdowns/routine services
  • Responding to breakdowns & appointing engineers by identifying the most costeffective solution whilst taking into account the customer's SLAs
  • Keeping communication lines open with the clients and updating them with ETAs and breakdown statuses
  • Appointing third parties where necessary to cover breakdowns & raise order numbers upon completion
  • Raising, costing, & invoicing jobs as required (including requesting customer order numbers)

Benefits:


  • Salary is dependent on contracted hours & experience
  • Addition hours paid at an overtime rate
  • 1K commission target dependent paid quarterly
  • Option to go on call out rota after 6month probation £225 per week
  • Additional callout payment of £30 for bank holidays

Additional Information:

The service office is open from 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday,

  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads based on their urgency
  • Able to multitask, dealing with a number of different tasks at once
  • Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • Excellent phone manner, customer service & administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
  • Able to respond to changes in a professional manner, quickly and efficiently

Desired Skills:
