Clearly Education are working with schools based in and around the Basildon area.

We are looking to appoint outstanding and dedicated teaching assistants who are experienced in working with children with additional needs either on a one to one basis or within small groups.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
  • Provide oneonone support to students with special needs, including those with autism
  • Help students with behaviour management and social skills development
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students in their academic progress by providing tutoring and assistance with assignments
  • Assist in monitoring and documenting student progress and behaviour

Experience:


  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with behaviour management techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of autism and experience working with students on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
  • Have a DBS (Criminal records check) or being willing to complete one.

£75.00-£100.00 per day

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
