Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a proactive
Data Managerto join an exceptional organisation in a stunning location in East Devon.
The
Data Manager will take the lead on the use of the Management Information Systems across all parts of the organisation's operations, managingand maintaining up to date information and submitting data reports.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports using a range of data sources, to include supporting the Senior Management Team
- Production of the annual timetable, dealing with amendments as and when necessary.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of the management information system (MIS)
- Be the expert user, providing support and training to other staff as necessary
- Maintain all internal user and staff records
- Maintain and develop effective routines which provide accurate, up to date and timely information, reports and analysis for specific purposes for different users and other stakeholders
- Preparation of statutory returns to external agencies
- Assist in preparation and issuing of data including the provision and upload of reports. Advising staff on the deadlines and providing guidance on system requirements
- Ensure that all personal and contact data is accurate and up to date
- Maintain an awareness of related GDPR legislation
- Provide support to the Data Protection Officer when they are conducting investigations
- Inputting and scheduling timetables, advising staff and making amendments accordingly
Hours:
Term time only + 3 weeks,Mon - Fri, 37 hours flexible start and finish times
Actual Salary:
£27,800 - £29,800pa working 42 weeks per year (term time only + 3 weeks)

Data Manager - The Person:
This role will suit a proactive individual seeking a varied hands-on role where you will be a key to the delivery of accurate data reporting of the organisation.
- You will be a selfstarter and thrive in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Data manager experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 or equivalent systems
- Experience of producing, analysing and presenting data
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to analyse data and produce relevant, user friendly reports
- Collaborative style of working with the ability to build effective relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
