Key Responsibilities:

The company require an experienced and passionate CRM Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaption to business and/or technology changes.

The Engineer will participate in development activities across CRM projects ensuring that the software produced is written in a standard, maintainable and efficient manner.

To be successful in the role you will be expected to:

Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes

Required Experience:

Experience as a Dynamics CRM / 365 CE Software Engineer
Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
Practical and detailed experience of working with Dynamics CRM / 365 CE
A natural problemsolving attitude
Conversant with current industry trends
