Devoted to exclusive eveningwear, contemporary daywear, and lifestyle products our curated collection include a number of pieces commissioned each season from ateliers including Carolina Herrera, Oscar de la Renta, Giambattista Valli, Monique Lhuillier, Toni Maticevski and Greta Constantine.


Welcoming Clients

  • Create a luxurious experience for all clients by welcoming and asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences before presenting products, regardless of the reason for the visit.

Selling ceremony

  • Engage with clients and offer relevant pieces from the selection that is available at the boutique
  • Process sales using the till and enter all sales into the Boutique's data system
  • Capture contact information from every client and ensure existing client data is up to date

Attention to Clients

  • Collect client information and create a client portfolio to develop relationships & network
  • Pursue an effective commercial approach aiming to develop clientele: increasing annual turnover, cross selling and upselling pieces to clients
  • Strengthen brand loyalty by personalizing client followups

After Sales Service

  • Ensure that all After-Sales service clients receive the same welcome as all other clients
  • If necessary, follow up with a customer regarding alterations (resizing, changing)
  • Contact clients to inform them of new deliveries and any promotions
  • Monitor pieces received from the designers, follow up with special orders

Security and procedures

  • Adhere to security procedures
  • Inform management of any security issues
  • Understand and respect the till procedure in place
  • Key holder for the store

Stock

  • Acknowledge receipt of deliveries and follow companies' procedures while organizing them
  • Ensure that all gowns and store equipment are organized correctly with care and all stock followups are done on time
  • Assisting store manager with stock reports

General

  • Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique, and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals
  • Actively be aware and constantly follow competition including new launches, events, etc.
  • Work effectively and efficiently within the team, sharing ideas and contributing to positive morale as well as ensuring good time management and sufficient Boutique cover at all times
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Assisting with daily reporting
  • Maintaining shop standards, including updating visual merchandising on the shop floor

Personal Skills required

  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Luxury retail experience is not necessary, but preferred
  • A client book will be preferable
  • A strong seller with a proven background in sales
  • Commercially aware
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging clients
  • Proactive mindset
  • A strong will to learn and grow with the retail market

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • LONDON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
