About the role
We are looking to recruit a Customer Assurance Supervisor to join our Customer Services team.

You will provide a high level of quality support to the Customer Experience and Assurance Team in all matters concerning the transformation of customer service and assurance within Plymouth Community Homes.


We need someone who can lead a team of staff to provide a top-quality front facing service to our customers, and who is able to understand the importance of complaints in the context of improving our services as a result of customer feedback.

You will also provide support with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in establishing a programme of events, and information sharing with staff across the organisation.


  • Can demonstrate experience of supervising and motivating staff, with particular focus on policies and procedures e.g. sickness reporting, one to ones, training, and development for staff reporting directly to you.
  • Is able to react quickly to changing priorities to ensure timescales are met and all services provided within the department are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Has the ability to collate relevant and accurate information from all areas of the Business for reporting purposes and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
