Scheduler - home care
Bagshot and Farnborough
Full-time, Permanent
£22-25k based on experience

The role:

We are a family-owned home care provider, a franchise of Home Instead. Since 2010 we have been providing outstanding and relationship-led care within our local community.

We have a great team of care professionals, many of whom have been with us for years, always going the extra mile.

This role is about scheduling clients and care professionals aiming for consistency and continuity.

You need to have scheduling or care coordination experience in home care sector to be considered for this role.

You need to be a driver with your own vehicle:
You will join our Lead Scheduler and support with the following:

Coordinating all the rotas
Effectively Communicating with clients and care professional about changes to their rotas
Being responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members
Undertake any support or admin duties as required
You'll be one of our valued oncall officers taking part in our oncall rota
