• Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to analyze their needs and promote our products/services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and followup
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
