Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced RMN for the post of Band 6 Forensic Community Psychiatric Nurse. The post holders will work across the county of Buckinghamshire in the Milton Keys area.

Thames Valley Forensic Community Mental Health Service delivers forensic mental health care across three counties (Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire including Milton Keynes) with secure inpatient wards in Oxford, Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.
**The post holder will be a key contact for patient care as a Care Coordinator. They will be expected to maintain a high standard of professional practice and work as part of a multi-disciplinary/agency team providing a consistent and cost-effective service in accordance with the legislative and regulatory frameworks, national standards, departmental and Oxford Health NHS Trust guidance and procedures.
